When I place an order for a creative resume, what will I receive?
After completion of your creative resume, our team will email your completed product in PDF and Microsoft Word formats (can also be opened in Pages for Apple users.)

We will endeavor to identify typographical errors, but cannot assume fill liability due to time constraints. You want to provide accurate information, so prior to uploading your resume data to us for our creative services please take the time to check for errors in advance. We will endeavor to identify typographical errors, but cannot and will not assume full liability due to time constraints. We suggest getting a second set of eyes on your resume before you send to us, or anyone else for that matter! Your ability to land most interviews depends upon your ability to sell yourself through your resume. If your resume contains even minor typographical errors or other mistakes it is likely to end up in “file 13.” This is especially true in today’s economy where the competition is stiff among candidates.
How long will it take to receive my creative resume?
Standard delivery time for our creative resumes (unless stated otherwise by design) is only 3 business days for the first draft.
What is your initial conceptual & revisions policy?
Initial conceptual design and revision requests shall be submitted via email to the provided email address. The number of revisions is determined by the design package you purchase. Our normal policy is to provide you with 3 calendar days to review the initial designs or provide feedback for revisions. You are encouraged to provide all necessary feedback to us in a timely fashion and within the allotted number of revisions. We certainly want you to be happy with your final product , but would find it impossible to allow every project to extend unnecessarily, so please take a moment to read our full concept and revision policy here.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Of course! We work according to the design specifications completed by you during the order process and submitted to us through email. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee entitles you to 2 free redesigns if you are not completely satisfied with your initial personal or corporate brand concept purchase. Free revisions entitle you to a maximum of 2 revisions for our professional web digital media or brand concept package and 2 revisions for our personal or professional business digital media, creative resume, brand concept and mascot design packages.
